Kenneth W. Wolf

Kenneth W. Wolf, 80, of Eau Claire, died Sunday, December 20, 2009, at Harbor House in Eau Claire. He was born on February 6, 1929, in Eau Claire. Kenneth was the son of Frederick and Bernice (Anderson) Wolf.

He graduated from Eau Claire Senior High School with the class of 1948, and then attended Eau Claire Technical College.

He entered the U.S. Navy on June 29, 1948, and was honorably discharged on June 24, 1952.

Kenney married [...] on June 27, 1959, in Eau Claire at First Lutheran Church. They celebrated 50 years of marriage this past June.

He worked as an electrician in construction for many years, then as an electrician at UniRoyal, and finished his career as electrical inspector for the City of Eau Claire.

He was a member of Hope Lutheran Church, and a lifetime member of VFW Post #305. He was a member of Sanctuary Lodge #347 F&AM, a 32nd degree Mason, and the Mehara Shrine Club of Eau Claire.

Kenney is survived by [...]; nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, December 23, 2009, at Hope Lutheran Church, Eau Claire, with Pastor Randy Olson officiating. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Lenmark Gomsrud Linn Funeral Home and one hour prior to services Wednesday at the church. Burial will be in Lutheran Church Cemetery in Eau Claire where VFW Post #305 will present military graveside honors.
