NEW $2,500,000 APARTMENT HOTEL
Above is a drawing by H. G. Holman, the architect, of the new $2,500,000 apartment hotel scheduled for erection at the northwest corner of Bloor street and Avenue road. Ramsey Stewart and company, investment bankers and architects, Northern Ontario building are responsible for this project which is financed by Toronto and American capital. Work will start about January 1, 1927, and the building is scheduled for completion October 1, 1927. The Bloor street frontage is 100 feet and that on Avenue road 120 feet.
