  From http://www.clarksoftomfad.ca/BeaverFamilyofPuslinchTownship.htm October 22, 2006 Phillip was born in Puslinch in 1841. As he was 5 years old when his father was killed, he most likely spent his early years on the Stahl farm south of Crediton with his mother and her second husband. He married Elizabeth Mast who was born in 1843 and died Jan. 14, 1913. They farmed lot 20, on the south boundary of Hay, 1+ miles east of Dashwood. Phillip died in 1930. Their 8 children are listed below, but not necessarily according to age.
