  BOWMAN, Vera - Passed away, on Tuesday, Dec. 21, 1999 at Forest Heights Long Term Care Facility, age 93 years. Daughter of the late Christian Scheifele and Adeline (Stroh) and her step-mother, Almeda (Schneider). Beloved wife of the late Ivan Bowman. Dear mother of ............... Predeceased by her brother, Howard Scheifele and her sister, Helen Tilton. Mrs. Bowman was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church and was a charter member of the K-W Garden Club. Mrs. Bowman's family will receive friends at the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Wednesday, Dec. 29, 1999 one hour prior to the memorial service which will be held at 11 am Wednesday in the funeral home chapel, Rev. James Bindernagel and Rev. Al Kehn officiating. A reception will follow in the Reception Room. Memorial contributions to the Rotary Children's Centre or a charity of your choice would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy. Her beautiful floral and ceramic bouquets will be remembered and treasured by all who knew her.
