  Died: Exeter Times, Feb. 13, 1941, pg. 1 Mr. Thomas Cornish, a life-long resident of Usborne Twp., and for the last 35 years a resident of Exeter, died Friday, Feb. 7, 1941, in his 69th year, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Wm. Lutman. He was a native of Usborne Twp., and had been ailing for over a year. His wife, Sarah Ellen Mills, died five years ago. He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. W. Lutman; one son, Alvin; 2 grandchildren, Peter and Irene Lutman; 2 brothers, Fred and Emerson. 3 sisters, Mrs. Susannah Snell, Mrs. George Kellett and Miss Sarah Cornish, all predeceased. Bearers were Messrs. M. Amy, H. Bierling, J. Kydd, R. McInnes, Ed Coombs and Wm. Smith. Interment was in Exeter Cemetery.
