John Reidt and Ernestine Brown
From Lines of Howick
John Reidt (1868-1940) and his wife, the former Ernestine Brown (1879-1966), had two sons: Harvey (1909-83; 63 Mill, Wroxeter) and Lloyd (1910-67). They farmed on C13-L19 from 1907 until about 1935, then moved to C12-L11N and retired to 21 Wellington in Gorrie.
Their son Lloyd (unmarried) lived most of his early life in Howick with his parents, and also was a mechanic in Toronto. He loved to play the violin.
