The record of baptism (entry #54) states that Helene Toresdotter was born May 22, 1856 on Holo østre, in Modum parish and she was baptized June 22, 1856 in Heggen Church, in Modum parish. Her parents were "gardbrukar" (farmer) Tore Olson Holo østre and "wife" Kjersti Klausdotter.
